Tactical Expedition Schedule

Days 1 - 4:
Arrive & Voyage to Base Camp

After landing in Kathmandu, we conduct gear validation and permit finalization. Following a mountain flight to Lukla, we begin the Khumbu trek. Moving through Namche Bazaar, our pace is deliberately slow to initiate your physiological adaptation to high altitude, ensuring your body is prepared for the rigorous weeks ahead in the high-alpine environment.

Days 5 - 10:
Khumbu Base Camp & Technical Prep

Establishing residency at Base Camp (5,364m), we focus on active recovery. You will conduct conditioning climbs on nearby ridges and participate in technical workshops. These sessions cover traversing the lower icefall, rope management on steep ice, and safety drills, all guided by our elite Sherpa team to ensure total readiness for the Lhotse Face ascent.

Days 11 - 25:
High Camps
Push Rotations

We perform critical rotations up the mountain: occupying Camp 2 (6,400m) in the Western Cwm and climbing to Camp 3 (7,100m) on the blue ice of the Lhotse Face. These pushes prepare your lungs for thin air. We emphasize returning to lower camps for physical restoration, carefully monitoring weather windows for our eventual push through the technical summit couloir.
