Detailed Day-by-Day Itinerary

Days 1 - 4:
Arrival & Trek to Base Camp

Landing in Kathmandu, you begin with technical gear inspections and official briefings. We then flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Himalayas. The initial trek involves a controlled ascent through Phakding and Namche Bazaar, where we integrate light high-altitude training to ensure your cardiovascular system adjusts smoothly to the thinning mountain air.

Days 5 - 10:
Everest Base Camp & Acclimatization

Upon arriving at Everest Base Camp (5,364m), we establish our primary residence. These critical days are spent performing active recovery treks to Kala Patthar and Lobuche East. You will undergo specialized training for navigating the Khumbu Icefall, mastering fixed-rope techniques, and practicing ladder crossings under the expert supervision of our Sherpa team.

Days 11 - 60:
Summit Climbing
Rotations

This phase involves tactical rotations: Tagging Camp 1 (6,065m) and sleeping at Camp 2 (6,400m) at the base of the Lhotse Face. Further rotations include climbing to Camp 3 (7,100m) to prime your body for the death zone. Between these high-altitude surges, we descend to lower elevations for deep recovery, monitoring physiology and waiting for the optimal weather window.
